About

Scott is a senior geotechnical engineer with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. and has 23 years of experience in a wide range of both public and private sector projects. Scott primarily provides foundation designs for buildings, bridges, roadways, railroads, temporary/permanent shoring design and retaining walls.

Scott also has extensive experience in providing hurricane and flood protection evaluation and levee design. Scott received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from SUNY Potsdam, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University and a master’s degree  in civil engineering from UW‐ Milwaukee.
