Ronald (Ron) J. Ebelhar, PE, D.GE, F.ASCE, F.ASTM, is currently a senior principal with Terracon in Cincinnati, OH. After earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ebelhar joined McClelland Engineers in Houston, TX, as a staff engineer in 1977, working in various roles in the geotechnical laboratory, information technology, and marine geosciences groups.

Conrad W. Felice, Ph.D., P.E., P.Eng., F. ASCE is serving as the Washington State Department of Transportation owners representative and Geotechnical Design Manager for the over $2.5 billion I‐405 Corridor Program. He is also the Managing Principal at C. W. Felice, LLC, an Adjust Professor in the Department of Civil & Coastal Engineer at the University of Florida. He is a professional engineer registered in 15 states and four provinces in Canada.

Mr. Feroz received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 1964, having received the President of Pakistan Cash Award and a Gold Medal for graduating with the highest grades in the graduating class.
