Guy F. Marcozzi, P.E. is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (with a focus on Structural Engineering) in 1985 and his Master of Civil Engineering (with a focus on Geotechnical and Foundation Engineering) in 1988. Guy formerly served as an Adjunct Professor in Engineering, on the University’s Engineering Advisory Council and is presently honored to serve on its Board of Trustees.

His projects primarily involve deep foundations, ground improvement, and earth retaining systems with an emphasis on large‐scale bridge projects. Tim is the co‐editor (with Dr. Anne Lemnitzer) of the DFI Journal and Chair of the DFI’s ground improvement committee. He also serves on technical committees for the Geo‐Institute and TRB. Prior to joining DBA in 2010, Tim was a technical principal with S&ME, Inc. and a senior engineer with Berkel and Company Contractors, Inc.

Matthew Meyer is a Professional Engineer with about 25 years of geotechnical engineering experience and is a Board Certified Diplomate Geotechnical Engineer by the Academy of Geo‐Professionals. Matt is a Principal/Vice President with Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc., a multi‐discipline, civil engineering, environmental consulting and geotechnical engineering firm. Matt has a B.S. in civil engineering from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and an M.S. in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.

He is also the Managing Principal at C. W. Felice, LLC, an Adjust Professor in the Department of Civil & Coastal Engineer at the University of Florida. He is a professional engineer registered in 15 states and four provinces in Canada.

He began working in the NYC office of Langan over 17 years ago and is now a Senior Associate / Vice President and Geotechnical Practice Leader in the Philadelphia office.
